Job Description
We are seeking talented Senior Attorneys and Attorneys to join The Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of the General Counsel in Tallahassee, Florida. Senior Attorneys will work on a sophisticated portfolio with private-sector relevance, while Attorney positions provide valuable training and experience for legal practitioners. Senior Attorneys will receive a minimum salary of $75,000.00 with benefits, and Attorneys a minimum salary of $65,000.00 with benefits.
Responsibilities
The selected candidates will work in one of the following sections: Contracts & Rulemaking, Prosecution & Enforcement, or Workers' Compensation. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, handling contract drafting and negotiating, ensuring compliance with laws, rule promulgation, licensee discipline, litigation, and more.
