Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker (PRN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family dynamics, medical understanding, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
