Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, individual health care programs for residents, and education of direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide education on health care-related areas to direct care staff and residents.
• Guide and administer individual medications, monitor responses, and communicate with prescribers.
• Treat chronic and emergency medical conditions, set healthcare goals, and attend planning meetings.
• Conduct health assessments, coordinate laboratory tests, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide leadership, support, and direction to staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Valid Michigan RN license.
• Prior experience in medical treatment services, mental health, and Phlebotomy.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
