Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Program Nurse RN to join Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse RN, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating medication administration and individual health care programs for residents. Your responsibilities will also include providing education to direct care staff, monitoring and treating medical conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance to direct care staff and residents.
• Monitor and evaluate individual medication administration.
• Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holders.
• Assess resident health needs and conduct necessary medical assessments.
• Document medical treatment and maintain accurate health records.
• Participate in nurse services development and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Experience in medical treatment services within a specialized rehabilitation setting.
• Prior mental health and Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
