Job Description

We are looking for a Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a LifeBridge Health facility located in Baltimore, MD. As a Renal Registered Dietitian, you will provide nutritional services and education to dialysis patients, ensuring their well-being in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional status and provide appropriate nutrition interventions.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plans and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy.
• Monitor nutritional status, laboratory values, and adherence to diet.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State Licensure in Maryland.
• Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition.
