Wisconsin Community Services is hiring for the position of Security- Resident Monitor II at Parsons House Reentry Services. This part-time role involves monitoring and supervising adult male and female offenders in a correctional residential setting and the community. The position requires maintaining offender accountability, ensuring safety and security compliance, and performing general office tasks. Various shifts are available, including part-time and fill-in options.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor clients within the facility and during community activities.
• Enforce house rules and promote good hygiene habits.
• Conduct security checks, administer tests as needed, and prepare required documentation.
• Assist with resident intake, orientation, and other office duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in corrections or related field preferred.
• Clear background and drug screenings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle crisis situations.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.

Other Information

Physical demands include mobility throughout the facility, ability to evacuate occupants in emergencies, and provide First Aid/CPR. Shift schedules vary.
