Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is currently hiring a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in all aspects of our automated systems, from design to support, ensuring their efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems within the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes and monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Follow set shift work hours and days, and be available for occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the necessary skills for system maintenance.
• Possess a mechanical mindset and PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
