We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Health Network in the Acute Care Neuroscience department for a full-time night position. As an essential part of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in various settings, contributing to a positive patient experience and upholding our organization's values.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care delivery.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and patient care delegation.
• Reflect the organization's mission, vision, and values in nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications may be required based on unit scope of practice.
