We are looking for a dedicated Resident Monitor-Security to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services. This second-shift position involves monitoring and supervising adult male ex-offenders in a correctional residential setting and the community. The role includes ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, conducting surveillance checks, administering tests, preparing reports, and enforcing rules. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in corrections or related fields preferred. Excellent communication skills, crisis de-escalation abilities, and cultural sensitivity are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise residents, enforcing house rules and instilling positive habits.
• Administer tests, prepare reports, and document activities.

Qualifications
