Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Banker - Tier I to join our team at Community Financial Services Bank. This role involves providing top-notch client service, assisting clients with their banking needs, and ensuring smooth transactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and offer exceptional client service.
- Assist clients with banking needs, questions, and product explanations.
- Process various teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Establish client relationships, assess client needs, and recommend services.
- Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards to clients.
- Manage night deposits, mail deposits/payments, and handle currency and coin.
- Participate in opening/closing cash vaults and Banking Center activities.
- Adhere to CFSB policies, procedures, and attend required trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
