Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse - Pediatrics

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc as a Care Team Nurse. In this role, you will be the clinical leader of the care team, providing direct care, managing high-risk patients, and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include infection control, age-appropriate care, triage services, documentation, communication facilitation, administering medications, post-discharge follow-ups, and continuing education.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in handling sensitive medical information and HIPAA compliance.
• Working knowledge of EMR, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Compliance with American Nursing Association Standards of Practice.
