Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN/LPN)
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a premier Life Plan Community in St. Louis. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, administer medications, and ensure the highest quality of resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned staff.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence.
- Initiate individual care plans based on healthcare goals and assessments.
- Maintain clean and safe resident areas.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and the Director of Nursing.
Requirements
- Current State of Missouri Registered Nurse license.
- Strong positive attitude towards customer service.
- Interest in geriatric care and motivating others.
- Ability to work creatively towards facility goals.
