Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Concord, NH. This position offers a 3PM-11PM shift, providing support to healthcare providers and delivering top-notch patient care. Successful candidates will have at least 6 months of previous nursing home experience and the necessary qualifications to excel in their role.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
- Promote patient independence and set care goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
Qualifications
- 6-12 months of recent supervised experience in Long Term Care/Nursing Home setting.
- Registered Nursing degree and current RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and other required tests.
- Proficiency in English language and necessary computer skills.
