Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Perform tire-related functions per TIA Commercial guidelines
- Handle tire installations, rotations, balances, and repairs
- Inspect and repair tire casings
- Complete retreading processes
- Conduct fleet inspections and provide tire recommendations
- Operate and maintain shop equipment safely
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
- Ability to work a full schedule Monday to Saturday with Sundays off
