Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee all functions at our properties. The Property Manager will handle tenant communications, annual certifications, TRACS submissions, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations. Responsibilities

• Handle tenant communications and complaints.
• Prepare properties for audits and inspections.
• Collect and record rent payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three to five years of Section 8 or tax credit experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
