Property Maintenance Technician Generalist

Job Description

Mayroad is seeking a detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the physical condition and appearance of residential properties and various assets, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in and around Mayroad communities, including occupied and vacant residences, community properties, and amenities.
• Respond to and complete emergency, urgent, and routine work orders in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and building systems to ensure functionality.
• Enhance building appearance by updating finishes as required.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED with at least 3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and ability to obtain HVAC/Steam certification if necessary.
• Strong technical skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
