Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Project Engineer to join Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of engineering projects, designing, specifying, and commissioning new process equipment, and providing engineering support to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and interpret technical specifications provided by the Engineering Manager.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to collect and analyze quotes, making recommendations to the Engineering Manager.
  • Oversee equipment and process installation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and monitor the launch of new equipment and production lines.
  • Provide training to operators and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Identify and implement process and equipment optimizations to enhance product quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Offer technical guidance to company personnel, customers, and potential clients as needed.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure industry standards compliance.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Engineering & Plant Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical software like AutoCAD.
  • Ability to collaborate with international suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and result-oriented mindset.
  • Physical fitness to work in varying conditions and handle machinery and chemicals.
