Job Title: Program Manager

Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Ensure program compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules
- Coordinate services for youth and adolescents
- Facilitate positive relationships with stakeholders
- Provide leadership in staff management and service planning
- Handle high-stress situations and crisis intervention
- Monitor departmental budget and productivity
- Advocate for youth needs and maintain program standards
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of program management experience required. Master's degree preferred. Valid Oregon driver's license and insurance needed.
