Program Coordinator - Second Shift

House of Hope Green Bay, Inc is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to youth experiencing housing instability and homelessness. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating direct client services, ensuring that our clients have access to high-quality resources for their advancement and success.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and oversight to assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Advocates to ensure effective planning and administration of client services.
• Support clients in areas such as parenting, education, employment, and stable housing.
• Maintain a clean and healthy living environment at House of Hope.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, or related field.
• Experience in providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clear criminal background check.
