Production Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Trainer to join Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in training and developing production associates for various positions within the facility. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new hires, enhancing the training program, and ensuring that all employees meet efficiency goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting product and packaging quality, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to onboarding stages.
• Identify ways to enhance the training program and communicate suggestions to management.
• Develop training course objectives and deliver training to individuals and groups.
• Assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness to improve work performance.
• Follow training guidelines for all positions and ensure completion of Qualification Cards.
• Participate in safety processes and remain attentive to potential safety hazards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of lean manufacturing production and/or training experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, react to changing priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and safe work practices.
