Responsibilities

• Establish key processes, deliverables, and timelines for digital products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for clear communication.
• Identify insights in the recruiting landscape to drive business growth.
• Develop user feedback mechanisms and manage prioritization of features.
• Champion agile practices and manage A/B tests for improved performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Expertise in creating roadmaps, working with stakeholders, and agile processes.
• Strong technical skills and experience in software product roadmap creation.
• Ability to analyze data, diagnose problems, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office products.
