We are seeking dedicated PCA | CNA candidates to join our team at Charter Senior Living for the 3PM-11PM shift. Responsibilities

• Maintain the Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, grooming, and bathing.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Document care provided and communicate any concerns to supervisors.
• Ensure residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Participate in training, meetings, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Experience or willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Clear communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work in a team, handle multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
