Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks to enhance campus appearance and functionality.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors on various projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
