Position Summary:

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing professional care and assistance to residents, maintaining their well-being and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Charter Senior Living's Mission and Core Values
• Assist with daily activities such as medication reminders, grooming, and escort services
• Provide emotional and social support to residents
• Document daily assistance provided as per protocol
• Respond to resident issues or concerns promptly
• Ensure residents' independence and dignity are respected
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for residents and colleagues

Requirements:

• Experience or willingness to work with the elderly population
• Effective communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage critical situations calmly
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary
• Background check required for employment
