Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team at Cella, a leading global financial services company. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and craft user experiences that delight customers.
This exciting opportunity allows you to work at the intersection of finance and technology, contributing to cutting-edge solutions that directly impact customers and the financial industry. This is a 6-month hybrid contract role, requiring onsite presence in Wilmington, DE three times a week.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects for the Cash & Check product lifecycle.
- Set the vision for user experience and foster collaboration.
- Conduct lean formative and summative research.
- Create detailed prototypes and storyboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the final product.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysis.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, tech constraints, and business needs.
- Optimize user experience elements for usability and visual design.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCD Interaction, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI/product design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
- Portfolio demonstrating service design and research activities.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
