Job Description
Christopher Community, Inc. (CCI) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the FNR team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of essential duties and responsibilities, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our properties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead grounds responsibilities including lawn maintenance, snow removal, and routine equipment maintenance.
- Perform work order assignments for building repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
- Respond to emergency repair needs and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Maintain mechanical/plumbing and electrical equipment.
- Work across multiple locations and perform other assigned duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent with related work experience required.
- Technical/trade backgrounds in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical are desirable.
- Valid Class D driver's license required.
