Hunter Truck is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Manager to lead our parts department at our Pennsville, NJ location. As a family-owned authorized dealer of Peterbilt trucks with a legacy dating back to 1938, Hunter Truck is committed to providing exceptional service and quality products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the parts department to ensure profitability.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory control, pricing, and merchandising.
• Supervise a team of 6-12 employees.
• Forecast goals, analyze sales data, and maintain profit objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ASE Certifications required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of parts inventory management and customer service.
