Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, optimizing financial and technical performance, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement in the solar O&M field. Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
• Optimize performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Lead issue resolution and risk management efforts to ensure asset performance and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of work experience in renewable energy or field service industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven experience in solar operations and maintenance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% per year (domestic & international).
