Job Description
We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Outpatient Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc.'s Downtown Clinic in Medford, Oregon. As a CADC, you will play a crucial role in conducting ASAM Assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and supporting the implementation of new programs. You will manage a caseload, utilize a harm reduction model, and provide trauma-informed care. This position requires expertise in DSM 5 criteria, evidence-based treatment, and drug testing. Job Details
- Position: Outpatient Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC)
- Location: Medford, Oregon
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE/Credentials
- Additional 5% Language Differential for Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English)
Requirements
- Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) through MHACBO
- Minimum 6 months of CADC work experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, perform crisis de-escalation and CPR techniques
