We are looking for a Network Systems Engineer to join our team at ATN International Inc. This hybrid position, based in Castle Rock, CO, focuses on ensuring the efficient architecture and operation of our telecommunications network, supporting underserved communities in the rural Southwest. The role involves managing network performance, security, and reliability, troubleshooting network issues, and configuring network management systems tailored to rural needs. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and experience with Linux System Administration, network monitoring systems, scripting, and database management. Responsibilities

• Manage network performance, security, and reliability using advanced network management tools.
• Administer Privileged Access Management applications for network elements and user management.
• Identify and resolve network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted services in rural areas.
• Configure and optimize network management systems for rural community needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes for compliance.
• Plan and execute network system upgrades for network stability and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Linux System Administration experience.
• Proficiency in network monitoring systems and scripting programs.
• Experience with database management and network protocols.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies.
• Familiarity with programming/markup languages.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Knowledge of PAM systems and centralized log management.
• Skills in multi-zone DNS management and container systems.
• Experience with data analytics tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually.
