Position Title: MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager

Located in Baltimore, MRAS has a 1.7-million sq. ft. facility on 180 acres. Part of ST Engineering North America, MRAS is a critical player in the aviation industry.
Summary of Role:
The MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager is responsible for managing aviation-related contracts, conducting sales campaigns, and maintaining customer relationships. The role includes contract administration, risk management, and warranty claim handling.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales campaigns and proposals.
- Travel to aviation trade shows and meet customers worldwide.
- Develop and expand the aviation network.
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service agreements and program operations.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Liaise between internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to sales and business plans.
- Lead in complex long-term negotiations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management experience.
- Previous experience in MRO aviation industry.
