Position Title: MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager

Located in Baltimore, MRAS has a 1.7-million sq. ft. facility on 180 acres. Part of ST Engineering North America, MRAS is a critical player in the aviation industry.

Summary of Role:

The MRO Sales and Customer Support Manager is responsible for managing aviation-related contracts, conducting sales campaigns, and maintaining customer relationships. The role includes contract administration, risk management, and warranty claim handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales campaigns and proposals.
  • Travel to aviation trade shows and meet customers worldwide.
  • Develop and expand the aviation network.
  • Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage service agreements and program operations.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Liaise between internal teams and customers.
  • Contribute to sales and business plans.
  • Lead in complex long-term negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management experience.
  • Previous experience in MRO aviation industry.
