Job Description

Join Middle River Aerostructure Systems for the MRAS 2024 Summer Internship/Coop (paid) program in Baltimore, MD. As a part of our dynamic team, interns will gain exposure to various areas of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and more. You will work on projects, make independent decisions, and develop essential skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Responsibilities:

• Work on projects independently for durations ranging from 2 to 6 months.
• Create presentations to communicate progress and share best practices.
• Analyze data and participate in talent events and training.
• Balance multiple tasks with accuracy and trust.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a degree program towards a technical degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Completed one year of college education with dependable transportation.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 24 credit hours towards a technical or engineering degree.
• Demonstrated ability to plan ahead, prioritize, and work independently.
• Organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently, meeting deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
