Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Respiratory Services to join our team at Kettering Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of CardioPulmonary and Respiratory departments, ensuring the highest level of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply inventory, expenses, and productivity for the respiratory departments.
• Provide leadership in education, licensure, and daily operations.
• Serve as a role model for KHN's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Requirements

• Graduates of a 2-4 year AMA approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field.
• 5 years of minimum supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must hold active licenses including Respiratory Therapist, Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT Credentials, and others as per Ohio state requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and technical skills.
