Master Scheduler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Master Scheduler to join our team at ACR Electronics Inc. As the Master Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and inventories to facilitate the smooth operation of our department or facility. Your responsibilities will involve liaising with various departments, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
• Collaborate with departments to establish schedules that meet client needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand for necessary supplies.
• Negotiate with vendors and oversee the delivery of orders.
• Integrate sales orders with the master schedule to meet delivery dates.
• Maintain and update the master distribution schedule.
• Participate in forecasting and planning meetings with various departments.
• Evaluate customer orders to create production schedules.
• Determine material, equipment, and labor requirements for production.
• Coordinate production operations and manage changes to schedules.
• Ensure all job orders are promptly fulfilled and closed.
• Work in compliance with AS9100 standards.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of related experience required.
• Professional certification such as APICS or CPIM preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP and related software, IFS knowledge a plus.
• Must meet ITAR requirements.
