Manufacturing Engineer Lead

Job Description

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing projects, providing direction to other Manufacturing Engineers, and ensuring all safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and provide direction to ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and accountability among team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Implement lean manufacturing concepts for process improvements.
• Design tools and dies, evaluate existing tools, and design automation systems.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
• Write equipment specifications, perform installations, and commission equipment.
• Participate in quality audits and design review meetings.
• Respond to customer inquiries and apply statistical methods for future manufacturing estimation.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, ISO, and CAD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GD&T, and engineering principles.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
