Manufactured Systems Lead

We are looking for a dedicated Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead to oversee and ensure the efficient assembly of life safety systems with the highest quality standards. Working under the guidance of the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide leadership to the assembly team, maintain inventory, and uphold safety practices while closely following production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and practices.
• Lead the manufacturing systems assembly area, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Maintain organized and safe work environments, coordinating the flow of assembled systems.
• Work with production schedules to meet job order deadlines.
• Conduct inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor on machine malfunctions and product defects.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and quality management initiatives.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with excellent math and communication skills.
• Prior experience in production environments, with supervisory skills preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean production methods and MRP systems is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
