Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for Discover Home Loans.
• Define and implement best practices, ensuring the quality of products and interfaces.
• Optimize testing infrastructure, including automation and vendor tools.
• Lead communication processes, reporting to leadership on release progress.
• Manage team workload, drive continuous process improvements, and coach team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or Information Technology.
• 6+ years of experience in User testing, Project Management, or related fields. 8+ years without a degree.
• Preferred: 2+ years of people management experience.

Compensation

Base pay: $88,500.00 to $149,300.00 with additional incentives. Various benefits and programs available.
