Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking to hire an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of our automated systems' life cycle, from design to support, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems in the dairy industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conduct weekly brush changes.
• Execute monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours, with occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Willingness to develop skills for required maintenance tasks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience handling chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation details: $55,000 - $75,000 Yearly Salary
