Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is currently looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will participate in all stages of the automated systems life cycle, from design to support, ensuring the optimal performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Perform bi-weekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Change brushes weekly.
• Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhere to set shift work hours and days, with occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Develop the required skill set for maintenance tasks.
• Possess a mechanical mindset.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience working with chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Submit paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
