Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and community properties
• Respond to emergency and routine work orders
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Maintain building HVAC and electrical systems
• Ensure safety standards are met and hazards are addressed

Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED
• 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
