Position: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting at $23 per hour

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair in apartments.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage in salt/snow removal duties.
• Participate in rotating On-Call in Mechanicsburg and sister communities.
• Potential on-call bonus eligibility.

Requirements:

• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Working cell phone.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
