Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as directed
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist in teaching plans and wound care
- Document actions and follow state regulations
Requirements
- Graduate from an LPN program
- Active LPN license and CPR certification
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations
- Clinical competencies and aptitude
