Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is currently hiring compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic dialysis team. As a leader in healthcare management for over 35 years, we provide high-quality patient care in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Responsibilities and Physical Demands:

• Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatments.
• Deliver professional nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Offer direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Act as a Team Lead as required.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Ensure a safe patient environment.
• Position involves standing and bending.

Education Requirements and Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Strong bedside manner and communication skills.
• Successful Ishihara's Color Blind Test pass.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
