Lead Field Superintendent - Large Multifamily Project

Job Description

Horizon Construction Group, a leading developer and constructor of multi-family housing and master-planned neighborhoods, is seeking a dedicated Lead Field Superintendent for the prestigious Bettendorf project with Continental Properties, a $50M endeavor spanning two years. Join our team and be part of a collaborative effort to build top-quality multi-family housing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project field operations, including subcontractors and materials deliveries, to meet scheduled project time frames.
• Ensure the completion of the project punch list within 15 days of receiving the occupancy permit.
• Monitor project schedule daily and communicate with the office through detailed Field Reports and photo documentation.
• Maintain safety protocols, identify unsafe conditions, and document safety violations for corrective action.

Job Qualifications

• Ten or more years of construction experience, particularly in large-scale multi-family projects.
• OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification requirement.
• Strong construction field expertise, ability to lead and motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills are essential.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Agility in decision-making and judgment.
• Ability to operate office equipment, stand for extended periods, walk on different terrain, lift weights, and handle stressful situations.
• Long work hours may be required.

Compensation

$95,000 - $130,000 yearly salary
