Join the Wise Landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Supervisor and lead a team of motivated landscapers to deliver exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled individual with a valid driver's license who is passionate about landscaping and thrives in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed control.
• Manage snow removal operations during the winter season using plow and salt trucks, skid-steers, and wheel loaders.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in landscaping and snow management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
