Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Front Desk PM/Night Audit team member to join the Rockland Harbor Hotel, a Maine Course Hospitality property. If you are a night owl who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and providing exceptional guest service, this role is perfect for you. Your main responsibilities will include operating the front desk during the PM shift from 3-11PM and working as a Night Auditor from 11PM-7AM. Additionally, you will assist guests, handle requests and complaints, and ensure a friendly and professional environment for all visitors.

- Must be alert and friendly throughout the shift.
