Job Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology Team at DecoArt Inc. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide desk-side support, assist with system maintenance, and contribute to the growth and education within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user needs for hardware, software, and network support.
  • Configure and maintain user accounts and system access.
  • Install and test new equipment and software.
  • Assist with network and server maintenance and documentation.
  • Educate and train employees on computer-related skills.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of professional IT experience.
  • Working knowledge of PC networks, various technologies, and IT support.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in different locations if needed.
