Job Description
We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our Information Technology Team at DecoArt Inc. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide desk-side support, assist with system maintenance, and contribute to the growth and education within the department.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user needs for hardware, software, and network support.
- Configure and maintain user accounts and system access.
- Install and test new equipment and software.
- Assist with network and server maintenance and documentation.
- Educate and train employees on computer-related skills.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of professional IT experience.
- Working knowledge of PC networks, various technologies, and IT support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work in different locations if needed.
