We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our Rooms, Spa, and Cottages operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards and financial goals. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead Rooms, Restaurant, and Spa management.
• Ensure consistent delivery of guest experiences.
• Develop a strong service culture for guests and owners.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards and regulations.
• Build vendor relationships and systemize operations for great guest experiences.
• Collaborate with lodging leaders to enhance guest experiences.

Preferred Skills:

• 3-5 years of full-service hotel or resort management experience.
• Creativity, passion, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in front office software and MS Office.
• Food Handlers Card, CPR, and First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
