Job Description

10 Fitness is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Manager to lead and uphold the 10 Fitness member experience. The ideal candidate should be a patient, resilient, and enthusiastic leader committed to creating a safe, fun, and interactive environment. Responsibilities include managing staffing, ensuring club cleanliness, promoting customer service, and achieving financial goals. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, upholding company values, and fostering staff development.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Senior Management and Human Resources
• Manage staffing, payroll, and employee development
• Ensure club cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
• Promote exceptional member experience and customer service
• Achieve financial goals and contribute to company improvement

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
• 1-2 years of leadership/management experience
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand, walk, kneel, and communicate effectively
• Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds

Work Schedule

Mon-Thur 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-3pm

Compensation

$42,000 - $50,000 Yearly Salary
