General Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead CMG Services LLC into a successful future. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, driving business development, managing finances, leading teams, optimizing resources, ensuring quality, and reporting on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to ensure company growth and profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including project management, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet project demands.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in the roofing or construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and financial analysis skills.
• Leadership, team-building, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
